5 Key Control Stages:
1. Raw material selection.
We use only certified materials and safe components that meet the highest environmental standard — E0 class.
2. Pressing control.
We apply extended pressing times — longer than the industry average. This ensures high structural density and almost complete elimination of impurities in the core board.
3. Geometry check.
Each batch undergoes precise measurement of locking systems: joint accuracy, geometry, and locking force.
4. Final visual inspection.
Carried out both manually and with the help of automated systems.
5. Laboratory testing.
We test for wear resistance, moisture protection, pressure resistance, and reaction to household chemicals.
